02 Freeze
Cryotherapy. A short freeze on the bump. Not a squeeze. Not a cut.
03 Settle
It can darken, then fade. It does not always go on the day.
Some need another freeze.

What are milia?
Tiny, firm, white bumps. Common on the cheek and around the eye. They are not whiteheads and they are not spots.
Can I squeeze them?
No. Squeezing them does not clear them, and it marks the skin. We do not squeeze them either.
Do you treat milia on the eyelid?
No. We do not freeze the eyelid. A bump on the cheek, the temple, or just under the eye can be assessed. On the lid itself, we say no.
How do you remove them?
