A treatment that has been done is not a product you can send back.
If a refund is agreed, and you paid with Clearpay, it goes back through Clearpay to the card you paid with. We do not repay Clearpay instalments in cash.
A problem with the instalments is for Clearpay. A problem with the clinic is for us.
Before the first invasive treatment we check photo ID. Passport or UK driving licence. The name must match the person in the room. Under 18s are not treated. If something does not feel right after treatment, message the clinic the same day. Emergency care is 999 or A&E.

A booking can be changed if you message before the day. A treatment already done is not something you send back. If a refund is agreed and you paid with Clearpay, it returns through Clearpay to your card.
