If a refund is agreed, and you paid with Clearpay, it goes back through Clearpay to the card you paid with. We do not repay Clearpay instalments in cash.

A booking can be changed if you message before the day. A treatment already done is not something you send back. If a refund is agreed and you paid with Clearpay, it returns through Clearpay to your card.
