Face to face. One spot, or colour across the skin. That decides the tool.
02 Treat
A single sun spot or age spot: cryotherapy. A short freeze on that mark. Colour across the cheek: VI Peel. We do not freeze a patch.
03 Settle
A frozen spot darkens, then fades. A peel sheds over the next days. The tone evens. It is not gone on the day.

What is pigmentation?
Colour in the skin that looks darker than the skin around it. Sun spots, age spots and uneven tone are the usual reasons people book. A mole is not pigmentation we treat.
Are sun spots and age spots the same?
On this page, yes. A single brown mark from the sun is assessed the same way, whether you call it a sun spot or an age spot.
Do you freeze it or peel it?
One discrete spot can be frozen. Cryotherapy, from £79. Colour spread across the cheek is a VI Peel, £199. We do not freeze a patch.
Do you treat melasma?
Not as a promise. Melasma can be made worse by the wrong tool. We look at it in the room and we will say if a peel is not the right start.

Will it go on the day?
No. A frozen spot darkens before it fades. A peel sheds over the following days. The skin looks more marked before it looks calmer.
Will it come back?
Sun on that skin makes new marks. The treatment does not stop the sun. Keep the treated skin covered afterwards.
What is the downtime?
A frozen spot can blister or scab. Do not pick it. A peel will flake. No sunbed, and keep the sun off the treated skin while it settles.
