01 Map
A conversation first. Steven marks the plane of laxity and any small fat pocket — and will decline if surgery would serve you better.
02 Fibre
Under local anaesthetic, a hair-fine 1470nm laser fibre is passed beneath the skin. Heat contracts tissue and stimulates collagen from the inside.
03 Settle
You go home the same day. Early tightness is often visible at once. The fuller contour arrives over three to nine months.
Versus filler
Filler adds volume. If the face has dropped, more volume in the fold is often the wrong plan. Tightening the tissue above it is frequently the right one.
Versus threads
Threads pull. A fibre contracts the plane itself. Different tools, different cases. Steve will not sell the one he has if the other would serve you.
Versus a facelift
A facelift is still the answer for heavy, advanced laxity. This sitting is for early to moderate change. If you need a surgeon, you will be told.
After the sitting
Home the same day.
Expect a few days of swelling, not weeks off. Autumn layers hide it. Early tightness is often there on the day; the fuller contour arrives over three to nine months. Results vary. Nothing here is a guarantee.
Is this a facelift?
No. Rejuvalift Endo Laser is not surgery and is not a substitute for a facelift. It is for early to moderate laxity.
What will I look like afterwards?
Refreshed, not done. Expect a few days of swelling, not weeks off. The look you want is the one people read as a good rest, not a procedure.
Will anyone know?
A private room, by appointment. No high-street window. You can be back to desk work quickly. Discretion is the brief.
How long does it take?
Chair time is usually 45–90 minutes depending on the area. Local anaesthetic. No general anaesthetic, no overnight stay.
When will I see a change?
Some tightness on the day. Collagen remodelling continues for months. Results vary.
