01 Mark
Steven marks the loose skin on the upper arm and any small fat pocket. If you need an arm lift, he says so and does not treat.
02 Fibre
Under local anaesthetic, the fibre goes under the skin of the upper arm. Heat tightens the tissue. It can take a modest fat load. It is not liposuction and not an arm lift.
03 Settle
You go home the same day. The arm can feel tighter straight away. Swelling settles over the next few days.
