01 Mark
Steven marks the loose skin left after the weight has gone, and any small fat pocket. If the skin needs an operation, he says so and does not treat.
02 Fibre
Under local anaesthetic, the fibre goes under the skin of the marked area. Heat tightens the tissue. It can take a modest fat load. It is not surgery.
03 Settle
You go home the same day. The area can feel tighter straight away. Swelling settles over the next few days.
