A conversation first. Steven marks the plane of laxity and any small fat pocket—and will decline if surgery would serve you better.
02 fibre
Under local anaesthetic, a hair-fine 1470nm laser fibre is passed beneath the skin. Heat contracts tissue and starts collagen from the inside.
03 settle
You go home the same day. Early tightness is often visible at once. The fuller contour arrives over three to nine months.
The plan
Not a facelift. A fibre under the skin.
Creams sit on the surface. Fillers add volume. Threads pull. This sitting heats the tissue from beneath, so collagen tightens the plane that is actually loose. If skin after weightloss needs a surgeon instead, we will say so—and will not take the booking.
Lunch-break energy: 45–90 minutes, local anaesthetic, home the same day. Autumn jumpers hide the few days of settling. Men book this as often as women. No one needs to know.

Is this liposuction?
