01 Mark
Steven marks the loose skin above the knees and on the inner thighs, and any small fat pocket. If you need a thigh lift, he says so and does not treat.
02 Fibre
Under local anaesthetic, the fibre goes under the skin of the marked area. Heat tightens the tissue. It can take a modest fat load. It is not liposuction and not a thigh lift.
03 Settle
You go home the same day. The area can feel tighter straight away. Swelling settles over the next few days.
